On my NST Tuesday it stayed mainly at/around 140 but ranged from 127 to 160. They like to see the baby being "reactive" on the NST so if it just stays at 140 I have to drink juice to get some action going.
i do weekly NST's where they track his heart rate for 20 minutes along with his movement. for a couple months he's had a baseline around 130 and will spike up to 160 or so about 5 or 6 times in those 20 minutes (it's what they want to see).
so now i've realized that when i am at my OB's office and they check the heart rate for like 10 seconds it could be at any point in his tracking. so sometimes it's 130, sometimes its 156, sometimes 170 even.
i wouldn't worry about heart rate unless it's below 100, or above 180. and at that point your doc would (i hope) let you in on the concern.

All along in this pregnancy her heartrate has been 150s or 140s. We listen to it for a little while at every appointment and when she moves she spikes up to 160 - 170 briefly.
At my appt. a couple days ago my LO heart rate was 127. It has been all over though and doctor says that's fine because it's always withing the normal ranges. It's ranged from 155-127 over the last couple of months.
Re: Heartrate at/around 34 weeks - anyone?
After 2 years, Injects, PCOS diagnosis and 2 IUI's, we were blessed with our beautiful twin girls!

In the 140's around that time. Yesterday at my 36wk appt she was at 132.
It can very depending on LO's activity, and will be lower if they are sleeping.
