Fall GTG?

I have been thinking about a big GTG. Aside from the EPIC Rincon GTG, the Sharon Woods GTG from 3 years ago was one of my absolute favorites. Anyone want to do that again? I am happy to help organize that, but I need two more people to step in as helpers. What month and weekend in September or October works best for you to attend? I want to gauge interest, and then we can pin down a date.

I think something like that would be fun. My biggest thing is how to juggle 2 toddlers who always run in opposite directions. If there are some "bigger" kids there I could bring DD. She always has fun Warrior's kiddos and would probably love to play with Dani's DD too since she is a little older. I know there are others with bigger kids too. I would be willing to help plan if you need it.

My thought is to get the shelter next to the playground. We did not have a shelter last time, but we were close to the play area. I think the shelter is $50. If we reserve early, we can guarantee it, and have several hours of chat time while the kids play. Maybe $2-3 a Bumpie to cover the cost, and bring an appetizer?

I am interested! I would love to meet you ladies in person! And I would be willing to assist in the planning :-) As far as I know, the only thing we have going on for sure in September is a niece being born at the beginning of the month, but other than that, I'm available.

I can help. I can also help with some of the kiddos since I don't have one to chase right now. The only bad weekend in October for me is the 22nd since that's my birthday. Other than that, I don't think we have anything planned.

I just need a few to help with planning, and making it work the day of. I think it will be simple. I really want to reserve the shelter next to the playground, so we need to see interest before paying for something like that. Donations gladly accepted.

Great idea. September is wide open for us. October we are unavailable the weekend of 15/16 and 22/23. What sort of help do you need?

Help----just planning and day of. Shouldn't be a big deal, but there is strength in numbers. I want 2-3 people heavily involved, besides myself. So we can have a very easy, flawless gtg. We should have no problem getting something fabulous together.

we would definitely be up for it! September is better for us. I should still be on maternity leave then too. Is it too ambitious of me to plan on bringing a 1 1/2 month old?! Erin, I'll definitely sign Ry up to help you with the twins! I'd love to finally get her together with Madison and Avery too!

FYI...The shelter that is "attached" to the playground at Sharon Woods (by Sharon Center) is not a reservable shelter. It is on a first come-first served basis. Unless that has changed since October of last year. My sister tried to reserve it for a b-day party.

I'm definitely interested in a fall gtg and would love to help out if you need me.
