Should I take DS to the pedi for this?

His bum has broken out in this awful rash, but we recent;y switched to underwear FT so it's not from diapers. I thought maybe his skin was sensitive to screen printing (like on the Hanes brand underwear) so I got him some Gymboree ones that don't have that. Now the rash has spread down his leg. His poor bum looks awful! He has eczema so I put some of his steroid cream on it.

Can you call and talk to the nurse there and see if they recommend anything other than the steroid cream or if you should keep doing what you are doing?
