Best place to get balloons bouquet for party?

I want a dozen or so assorted latex balloons filled with helium for DS's party. I just called a bunch of party stores and it looks like Party City has the best price at $8.99 a dozen. Have you found something cheaper recently?

That seems like a great price to me. I usually end up getting them from the floral dept in the grocery store for $1 ea.
