Doula rec?
I don't know the first thing about doulas and if/why I would need one, but several people have mentioned to me that they are great to have at the birth. Anyone have any recommendations so that I can look into this? Thanks!

I did Bradley birth classes with Dr. Jennifer Angell, who is also a doula. Are you trying for a nautral birth? If so, a doula would be a great idea. Lindsay teaches prenatal yoga and is very sweet too. Good luck!
