DS had his 4 month appt this morning. He is now 11 lbs 2 oz and 25 1/4 in long. He is doing great on his height. Not so great on his weight. He was 10 lbs 4 oz at his 2 month appt. So hasn't even gained one pound 
She is a little concerned about that. So she wants him on a higher calorie formula to try to up his weight. He has to go back in a month for a weight check. I was the same way when I was his age. I was never on the charts. And apparently I even had to go to a nutrionist because I wasn't eating? But this boy eats. My mom says all the time that he is me when I was a baby..he just has a little more meat on him. I was a stick. Then she checked him all out. Noticed she was listening to his heart a little more then before. He has a small heart murmur 
She said they range it on a scale of 1-6 with 6 being the worst. And he is a 1. So he has to have an ultrasound done. She said 90% of the time it's usually just an innocent murmur. But of course they want to check it out. It all still makes me nervous. So I'm hoping that everything is fine. Other then his low weight and a small murmur..he is doing great! I got the ok to start giving him cereal as well! I can't believe how much he has grown and how far we have come. I don't want him to grow up.

My DD's weight was a little low also and she eats like a pig. And I started her on cereal also. Maybe that will help your little one pick up some weight also.
