Help: Chrome and smilies ?

So I am Google Chrome's newest, biggest fan.  I had previously used IE but it was so stinkin, slow!!  Chrome is so fast and just looks nicer.  For those of you who use Chrome, do you know of any 'cheat sheets' on the smilies or using the tool bar at all?  Do I need to change a setting?  TIA

Test smiley, since I do know this code Smile

  • I had written down all of the smiley codes once.... let me see if I can find that thread.

  • I copied and pasted the smiley box from IE into a Word document. When you hover on the individual smilies, the code pops up. It's kind of a pain to go back and forth, but I don't know how else to do it.

Very clever... I guess I could do that and then write them down- I think once I type them a few times that I'll remember the ones I use a lot.  I don't know how to use any of the tool bar tools though (bold, italic, underline, hyperlinks, PIP, etc)

I haven't figured out bold/underline/italics (except to copy and paste from Word, but that's a huge pain). For PIPs, I right-click, copy and paste photos from another browser window. For hyperlinks, I just copy and paste the entire code; if it's too long, I'll use bit.ly for a shorter link.
