I can finally get rid of my pos phone tomorrow and am leaning strongly towards iphone at this point. Some are telling me to go droid, but I don't know anything about them. Any advice?

I have an iPhone, DH has a droid. I love mine way more. His is fine since he needs extra work related apps for work but I think the iPhone is more user friendly.
It probably depends on which droid you are talking about. I have the HTC Incredible and it's so similar to the iPhone, I think you would be happy with either.
I have a BB but I've heard very good things about both iphone and droid.
Not helpful, I know. Just thought I'd throw that in:)

Although when its time for an upgrade, I'll be going the Droid route mainly because I'm more comfortable on its OS vs Apple.

I am in the same boat...getting a new phone this weekend. It's either the iPhone or the HTC Inspire. DH has an iPhone and I like it, but some stuff annoys me.

Already commented on your FB status, but I was a skeptic of the iPhone for a while. I got the new one and absolutely love it. DH has a Droid and says that the iPhone definitely has better apps.

DH traded in his iPhone for a droid (same one as jCam) and absolutely loves it. I had to ditch my iPhone for a BB which sucks, but my company pays for it so it's free.

I have a droid. I personally, love it more than the iPhone. This is because
1) I like the interface and app choices 2) I like how it keeps my stuff synced (I use gmail anyways) 3) My phone was cheaper, I buy them full price 4) I used to work for my cell phone provider, and droids use slightly less data than iPhones and I am a net addict.
That's what I think, but in all honesty, try out the phones that interest you,and pick what you feel most comfortable with.

I upgraded about a month ago from a BB to the iphone. I love it. I think the newer droids are so similar that its a toss-up.
I went with the iphone because I have an ipad so I'm more familiar with the way their OS works.
