1st appt

I just made my first OB appt and am scared to death!   The last pregnancy I had a few early u/s's and my doc kept having me come back because it was too soon.  He would say "oh, just a few more days....."  It was very stressful and we felt as if we were being strung along. 

With this one, I don't think that I want to do an early u/s because I don't want to go through that again.  I called the Dr. office and told them how worried I am and she made it for 7 weeks.  Eeeeekkkkk!  I know that's not super early, but it still scares the hell out of me.

So my first appt is on July 6th.  Tongue Tied

    Mine is July 1st and according to my O date, I will be 7 weeks 3 days or by my LMP I will be 7 w 1 D I think.  I didn't want an early ultrasound either because I don't want to not see a heartbeat and now know.  By the time I go I will know for a fact if it is viable (at htis point I mean) because if there will be a heartbeat - it will be there by that time.  I know what you mean though - we've hd 2 miscarriages and it's scary, but I'm trying to be optimistic and just hope for the best.

    Yes, one day at a time! I saw a HB at exactly 7 weeks, but every momma and every baby is different! Hang in there!!

    My first appt is July 6th too! Last time around, I had early u/s and they could not find anything until I was closer to 7 or 8 weeks. I was scared out of my mind. This time I am happy that I will be close to 10 weeks.
