Good Morning mommies!

I just wanted to know if anyone had an encouraging story about Ferber or a not-so-encouraging story.  We were planning on starting this weekend and I am nervous as to the process and outcome.  TIA.

    I didn't do Ferber....but I did so sleep training (Extinction from HSHHC).  Sleep training taught my horrible sleeper how to put himself to sleep, sleep longer, ditch the night time wakings and to nap for 2 hours at a time.  Super important skill!!!  Good Luck!  The first night is hard and you will feel like you aren't getting any sleep (nerves, anxiety)...but stick with it, stay very consistent and it will change the sleeping in your house completely!!!  GL
