Can someone explain to me what the big drama is that is going on now? I am not knowledgeable on legal terms, and I am wondering what the issue actually is with her attorney.

    Basically the defense is trying to put witnesses on the stand that didn't submit reports of what they were going to testify about and this breaks a court order.

    I only hope that they do not f-up the trial and she gets a re-do/mistrial. She is so guilty, and The whole thing makes me sick.

    I so agree-DH and I fear the mistrial. She makes me sick.
