We have an Evenflo Triumph Advance in my car and a First Years True Fit in DH's. We like both.
The True Fit seems more comfortable and I think it has a higher weight limit -- we used ours from birth and really liked the removeable headrest. The straps stay straighter and don't twist.
The Evenflo is easier to adjust the straps on, which makes it easier to get her in and out.
We have 2 Britax Marathons and 2 Sunshine Kids Radian 65s. We prefer the Radian. It's a great steat and folds for air travel. The only bad thing about it is that the over is a PITA to take off to clean...
That's what I just ordered based off of Consumer Reports!
We have this in DHs truck and the Britax Roundabout in my car. I like the Evenflo better. I went to switch them out though, since we're in my car more often, and it didn't fit right with the headrest in my car. And the headrest isn't removable.
We have two Evenflo Triumphs. Love them! DS gets car sick pretty often and I can't tell you how many washing those covers have been through, yet they still are in decent condition.
my car: evenflo triumph advance and sunshine radian65.
DH's car: costco scenera and evenflo maestro (FFing only)
I love the cushy feel of the triumph. It's the same seat DD rode in for 2 years and it's in good shape. I love the adjuster dial, though I know my friend hated it for the adjuster dial. It's also really really wide and I will never ever take it on an airplane again. It was a nightmare to sit next to.
I love the narrowness of the radian. DD is comfortable in it. I love that it does RFing longer, DD was RFing until 3.5yo and she rides FFing in it. It was not the easiest seat to intall RFing and it's so tall that it doesn't fit in a lot of cars.
I love the light weight scenera for traveling and for being so darn cheap.
I love my Britax Boulevard and I have my older daughter in a Britax Frontier 85, both are GREAT car seats! Easy to adjust etc. If you look around you can get them on sale for much less then they typically list at. I know I paid around 180 for each of them at various different points over the past 3 years.

Re: What convertible car seat do you have?
We have two Alpha Omega Elite. We bought it from Costco and payed $75/each with a Costco coupon.
We use it rear facing in our two sedans, and it works great.
When we bought our car set Costo didn't have any selection, but now they have several models.
I would definetly recommend this seat. It's comfortable, sturdy, easy to install and remove and works up to 100 lb.

We're happy with both of them.
