I just can't seem to start nesting...I have 14 days left!

I have absolutely nothing prepared besides LO's furniture set up and clothes stored away (still need to wash these).  I'm just so upset with our situation that I just can't get motivated.

I'm so gosh darn tired I just want to sleep all day or relax.  I've been home a month and still haven't unpacked (i work out of town for 6 months at a time) and my kitchen reno is still not done.  Plus I'm in the ghetto! Long story short its our rental we are fixing it, living in it and its in the ghetto!

I seriously thought I would be moved out and in a nice neighborhood by now, but nope not the case.  DH was just way in over his head and  we've had to call in professionals to finish it.  Which not only screwed up our time-line but our budget.  Thus we are here another 6 months!  LO is sharing a room with SS (13) and this house is falling apart around us.  The plumber will not be able to finish until the 1st my dd is the 6th, oh and our A/C is on its last thread.  AND...Did I mention I'm in the ghetto????!!!

I'm so frustrated and have been bombarded by contractors in and out of the house and nothing is done except the cabinets and counter tops.  The plumbing is gonna be the death of our budget.  The worst part is that even though SS stays with us every other week for all of one day, he has to share his privacy with LO.  Its not fair to him but he's being so great about it.

Okay, I just needed to get that out.   So 6 more months in the ghetto, then I return to work and this will just be something we laugh about later..right?

Since I can't sleep I guess I'll get started on LO's laundry.  Oy!  I need a drink! (but I can wait a few more weeks)

    I just clean one thing a day.. like things that have never been cleaned before, ever.  Like the railings outside, front door, our lightswitches, baseboards... random stuff.

     Its not so tiring if you just do a bit at a time.  And those clorox/lysol disinfecting wipes are AMAZING.  I wouldnt clean anything if I didnt have those.

    This, totally, this is what I do.  (and I couldn't live with out clorox wipes)
