Anyone on Zoloft?

I went to my doctor today and she prescribed zoloft for anxiety...I know this is a med prescribed also for postpartum depression and safe to breastfeed with.  She asked if hubby and I were trying for another baby anytime in the near future. I was kinda overwhelmed and didn't think to ask why.  Do any of you know why or what the risks are for being pregnant and on zoloft?  We are not "trying" but aren't preventing right now.  Last time we needed clomid to get pregnant and so are just seeing what happens in the next year.

    I've seen lots of ads on TV for some class action about Zoloft & pregnancy.  At this point I'm hoping to wean before TTC.  I would call & talk to the nurse about your concerns, but I do like the Zoloft overall.

    I know I'm nowhere near being able to handle pregnancy right now, though, even though my symptoms are way better.  I went ahead and got an IUD.

    My doc actually switched me to Zoloft while pregnant...If you are concerned I would just call and talk to your doc, they should be able to answer your questions.

    My doc put me on Zoloft during my 2nd trimester.  He said it was the antidepressant he was most comfortable with prescribing during pregnancy and I didn't have any problems with it (delivered a healthy DS May 3rd).
