Can someone give me the dirty on this book?
I feel like I have a lot of questions about sleep - I feel like DS sleeps too much during the day, and its causing us to have a horrific time putting him to bed (it's now taking 2+ hours to get him down, with a ton of crying and stress. We diaper, feed, swaddle, and rock, and use some of Happiest Baby on the Block).
Anyways, does it address how much sleep time, establishing routines and when, and how to change these things as baby grows?
Let me know - I might head out tomorrow to pick it up if reviews are good.
Re: Healthy sleep habits, happy baby book Q
yup I agree
The advice for up to 4 months is pretty much "after 1-2 hours awake, try to get 'em to sleep".
It has more advice after the 4 month mark, and a lot of long boring chapters about physiological stuff.

I haven't read it - but it changed everything for a friend of mine, whose now 7 month old sleeps like a champ (10 plus hours a time at night most of the time, unless she's teething).
I plan on getting it from the library one of these days...
