My husband loves their burgers, I've never had one from there, but I LOVE their fries! So delicious. We haven't been there in awhile (since A was born) but I think they have a great Happy Hour. I also heard that they do breakfast too... never been though.
I really am devastated about this. We were at the Redmond Ruby's a couple weeks ago and I asked about the others closing. They told me that the Redmond Ruby's was corporate owned (and I guess Woodinville and Alderwood weren't) and they were told there were no plans to shut down. This was the #1 place we went to with our kids. We probably ate there every couple of weeks. I absolutely LOVED their milkshakes. No one makes them like that. I also loved that I could order their vegetable soup and it was delish. It's hard to find a good vegetarian soup at a restaurant. I am so so sad. Matthew LOVED to watch the trains and put together the little cardboard cars. I wonder why they shut them all down up here. Seemed like they did good enough business.
DH and I ate at the Alderwood Blazing Onion a couple weeks ago and it was nothing to write home about. He thought the burger was good but there was very little for me to order (vegetarian). They did have 3D tvs in the bar, which was kind of cool.
There's just nothing else out there like Ruby's - it was the whole package for families.
Re: ruby's!
Yep, and apparently the one in Woodinville too.
But now there is a Blazing Onion Burgers there. Yummmmm!
yes! YUM YUM
I love that the Blazing Onion (at Alderwood anyway) has those new fancy Coke machines. So cool!
