giving up caffeine is hard

I decided to give up my soda habit this week and limit my Starbucks intake. I'm tired and cranky and crave a wild cherry Pepsi. That's it, just wanted to complain.

Re: giving up caffeine is hard

  • I don't drink soda but if I had to give up espresso i would be an even bigger biitch than I already am.

Terrible idea. I recommend a caffeine drip to compensate for what you have already missed out on this week.
  • Thanks for the pep talk. After I'm done melting outside at a site inspection I may go buy myself a Pepsi. Sad No will power here.

  • I rarely drink soda, but if I don't get a coffee in me withing an hour or so of waking up I want to die, and inflict death upon others.

  • I said I would try to give up coffee when Sophia turned 1. haha, what a joke.

I don't stop drinking coffee until I start to get a caffine headache.

Standing outside an asphalt with no shade for 30 minutes woke me up. Crisis averted.
  • I could give up soda, but not my coffee. I could probably lower my intake though, I can easily drink 4 cups a day.

  • I get headaches if I don't have my coffee in the morning...
  • All you people who get headaches when you don't drink caffeine are partly the reason I'm giving it up. My migraines are a lot less infrequent when I'm not constantly downing the caffeinated beverages.
