Omg can't watch 16 and Pregnant

Cause it makes me cry/cringe and I just want to swoop in and take care of there babies. I am watching the one w the girl who has twin boys and her boyfriend kicks her out of the car and he gets arrested. So sad. I know it's not the best tv to have on w J awake but he is a cranky teething mess and mommy is at her wits ends..

    I no longer watch 16 & Pregnant or Teen Mom for that very reason. I just get too caught up in it and end up crying by the end.

    I guess I'm hardened. I was watching the "Where are they now" episode and was more than a bit put off by some of their choices. One young mother is being completely supported by her mother--trying to make every dollar count, yet the teen has manicured nails (looked like fancy tips you'd get in a salon) and she refused to breastfeed, so they have to buy formula. Another mom complained that her grandmother charges her $10/day to babysit--she expected her grandmother to babysit six days a week for free. She said that most of her paycheck goes to her grandmother. Ummm, $60 is cheap! And, the teen mom had her dark hair obviously highlighted. I have had my hair colored twice since LO was born--it gets expensive! Yes, I get that they know they are going to be on TV, but if money is *that* tight, go without!!! Arg!!!!!!!

    I often feel bad for the girls too.  I just want to bring them to my house and take care of them.  I really got attached to the girl in the first season who chose adoption (of course I cant think of her name right now, it's on the tip of my tongue...).  Her mom is horrible and she just wants someone to love her...

    Catelynn. :) Unfortunately she is way too similar to our BM. :(  Her & Tyler are great kids, just come from really bad circumstances.
