  How do you know you're 7 days past ovulation?  Do you chart?

  A heating pad is fine, and shouldn't hinder implantation, however, it may increase your temperature, so if you are temping, make sure you take that into account.  It doensn't matter much at this point, but in case it looks triphasic, and it isn't because of the heating pad, you should know   GL!

  I would just make sure you keep the heating pad on low and don't use it for a long period of time. You might be better off taking Tylenol.

My husband and I have [obviously] been trying to get pregnant. I have been having BAD cramps all day. Very dull and achy pain.   I feel your pain =/ I'm DPO9 and I've been having cramps for the last 11 days. I'm not sure what is going on and I've just been doing my best to tough it out. I'm praying I get a BFP or AF soon. If AF comes, I'm thinking of going to my doctor to see how this can be fixed. It's difficult because many women experience cramps and get a BFP so hopefully that will be both of our cases!
