I am just now getting my appetite back. I was just eating fruit and soup.
breakfast: oatmeal or a whole wheat frozen waffle and fresh fruit.
lunch: leftovers or a sandwich and fruit.
dinner: still have people bringing us meals, usually a casserole and veggies.
And someone brought some brownies so I've been finishing those off, even though I said no more sweets once T arrived.
His three plus my one; we are all excited to welcome a little one!
I'm a vegetarian so meat is out for me. Also, Gabriella has reflux and her tummy is extra sensitive so I've been cutting a lot out of my diet lately, including anything acidic.
Typically, I eat Raisin Bran or Cheerios in the morning, something for lunch such as a grilled cheese, a yogurt and nuts for a snack, dinner varies lately since I've been cutting so much out, and an apple for snack at night.

I seriously have NO appetite at all. Most days I am forcing myself to eat and am lucky to eat one full meal. I'm envious of those of you with appetites...
After the baby was born, I got a massive chocolate craving that is still here but I only indulged in for 3 (ok, 4) weeks.
I try to make sure every day I get in some good protein, green veggies, fiber.
Maybe it's just my imagination, but I think my milk is more satisfying after a more balanced meal. LO seems to sleep better when I eat better. It's probably all in my head, though.

Ugh, me too, it is so weird!
I keep some sort of fiber granola bar type food in the house, and usually have one a day (Fiber One or Kelloggs, whateves) to try to keep things moving. Oatmeal is also easy, I probably eat it 2x a week. I am usually anti-juice for the sake that it is liquid calories, but I drink a small glass now (orange or grape) for some variation of vitamins. I have been trying to get in a salad with some sort of protein and dairy (chicken caesar, or for lunch today it is turkey, bacon, swiss, mixed veggies, etc). The moms filled our freezer but it is mostly meat and potatoes, which I don't really eat but DH is enjoying... I probably have red meat once or twice a week.
Again, I have struggled to have any appetite and eat at all since DD was born. I know that sounds awesome but no, the weight is not melting off (just slow and steady), and I often feel like garbage and have to think about food all the time. Blargh.
I have been trying to eat better and cut out a lot of processed foods and soda, which is easier when I am home, but we will see how it goes when I go back to work. We always seem to have some meeting that involves donuts, pizza or cake.
Breakfast: my favorite is fat free greek yougurt with homemade granola and fruit, usually strawberries and blueberries or oatmeal, cereal, or a piece of toast and 2 hard boiled eggs.
Lunch: leftovers, sandwhich, I always lack lunch ideas
Snacks: hummus with veggies or ww pita, yogurt, nut thins-they are tasty
Dinner- we have been grilling a lot so chicken with veggies, I cook a lot of recipes from this website:https://www.skinnytaste.com/ as it is real food lightened up.
I have been eating anything I have on hand! Mostly cheese, cereal, and sandwiches. We have been having a lot of family gatherings though this month so I haven't had to cook that much!
Anything I want. I eat a lot of oatmeal right now though. I'm trying to keep up my supply because I'm pumping at work. I guess my fatty diet is working though because Eliza is a CHUNK! I need to take more pics and show you all her thighs. She's got baby cellulite. Its a-freakin-dorable.
Breakfast - protein smoothie (scoop vanilla protein powder, 1c frozen berries, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 6 oz water, 4-6 ice cubes, then blend.)
Lunch - usually my slacker meal - frozen lean cuisine
Dinner - protein and a veggie, sometimes a small starchy carb
Snacks - fruit ( all day long!), string cheese, yogurt and granola, baby carrots, sugar snap peas, fiber granola bars, pretzels, apple and peanut butter, if I am starving maybe a scrambled egg and piece of toast. (I eat ALL these snacks everyday, with the exception of the egg/toast - that is only of I am starving between meals.)
Re: EBFers - What are you eating?
Anything and everything! I am so hungry all the time.
Usually a cereal or oatmeal for breakfast with some kind of fruit or juice.
Lunch is usually something toddler friendly, so not much balance there!haha
Dinner usually consists of a protein and a veggie or two.
I don't eat a lot of dairy, but try and drink a glass of milk every now and then.

Any combination of these things:

Lunch- Water, Sandwich, Soup, Yogurt, Fruit, Leftovers from previous night
Dinner- Water, Pop, Chicken, Pork, Beef (lots of grilling out now that the weather is nice), Veg., Something starchy
Snacks: Whatever I can find to munch on (probably more doritos and oreos than I should be eating
)
I also drink v-8 fusion to get the extra servings of fruits/veggies.

Cheetos. Lots of Cheetos
I have no idea why, but I craved them when I was bf'ing my DS and I did this time too.
I'm on the weaning train right now, but like everyone else, I was eating a lot. Pretty much anything I could get my hands on.
