DS calls it "money"...not sure where that came from. I always repeat "banana" and he's stuck on "money"...silly kid,.

When I say it, Baby Bee repeats something back to me that sounds a lot like "nana". this could be interesting because my mom is Nana. =-) I'm working on sign language with her for several words including banana.

DD signs it (though not super well/accurately). I can understand it but it wouldn't be recognizable to anyone else. Just yesterday she said "ba-bluh-bluh", sort of sticking her tongue out for the last two syllables.

She says manana. Sometimes it kind of sounds like mama and I don't realize it's a banana not me that she's requesting.

Sometimes its nana... otherwise it is num num... like everything else he wants to eat.. or he smacks his lips and makes the more sign and points. Just really depends on his mood and how bad he wants the item.
