If you're not all ready taking prenatal vitamins, start now. Any kind will do, I use Target brand, but the important thing is to start taking them before you conceive, not waiting until after you're pregnant.
If you haven't been over to FertilityFriend.com, go now. Take the tutorials, it will teach you a lot about your body and how reproduction and conception actually work. The site is free (although it does have a VIP membership that you can buy) and most of the women here use it for charting. You can pick up a BBT thermometer at Target or Amazon for about $9.
TCOYF (google) is a great book if you'd like more information. B&N, Borders & Amazon usually have it in stock.
Lurk around on the boards some and you'll find some areas that interest you. Post an introduction so the board knows who you are. TTGP is probably the board for you, go on over and introduce yourself. Not many women like the term prego here, so you may not want to use it.
Ambsies has a great post a few down that will help you with a siggy and other technical info. Read that before making test posts.
GL and enjoy!
ETA: Clarity.
