has anyone tried a peabutter?

i'm on a search for new products. has anyone tried a peabutter?

i found this --> https://www.peabutter.ca/  i can't imagine it tasting good but my son loves peas (at least this month he does) so i want to try.

  • Well it's sure got a cute label!  :)  But I'm with you - I can't imagine this tasting good.  A few years ago I was using pea protein powder, and man alive that stuff was NASTY.  There was no way to mask it.

  • Honestly, I didn't think it was that bad, but I forgot we had it and didn't give it to the kids.  I am going to get it out for tomorrow.  It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected.

    let me know if your kidos like it.. it would be nice to get something else. I'm done buying almond butter so i need something new and sunbutter to me taste nasty.. i guess i should try it w/ my son and see if he likes sunbutter.

    I love Sunbutter, although it is processed on the same equipment as soybeans.  I gave it to my daughter before seeing that (she is allergic to soy), and she hasn't had any kind of reaction.  She digs her spoon right in and eats a ton!
