I have had secondary IF problems and also a m/c.  We got pg with our 3rd and my Betas started out good 1st one was 80, then they waited a weeka nd 2nd one was 659, so they doubled like they were supposed too.  Then the 3rd one again a week later was only 1726, so they did not double evry 2 days.  I should have been over 5000.  Sonce you ladies have probably had to do Betas, my question is have any of you had this and it been ok, or am I looking at probably having another m/c.  Please be honest.  TIA

We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June

    Honestly? I would be pretty pessimistic at this point, but I'm also one to hope a little for weird things, like a twin that stalled out... just a slow grower... there ARE stories around here like that and it does happen. Was this a medicated cycle? IVF?

    But yeh.... sometimes a quacking duck is just a duck.

    You can usually see something on u/s once the beta is around 2000, perhaps they'll get you in and have a lookie? I wish you nothing but good wishes for a happy ending!! Let us know how it goes.

    My beta slowed after the first week.  I don't remember what the values were, but I was scared and I posted something very similar.  We had a lost twin, and I think that is why it slowed. I have a healthy little girl from that pregnancy.  Prayers that it turns out ok.  What did your OB say? 
    Years of trying and treatment, IVF#1 brought us our darling C!

    Hey there... I don't really have a similar situation to share just saw your post and wanted to wish you luck!  What are next steps for you?  Are they scheduling another beta or and ultrasound soon?
