Yes- mine she is AWESOME! Her name is Dr. Beams and I can't say enough positive things about her. We transferred to her practice when my son was 18 months old and I only wish we would have been going to her from the get-go. She is extremely accessible (cell phone, text messages, email, office phone) and even came in on a Sunday when my son was sick w/the flu. She is more naturally minded so she is not inclined to over prescribe antibiotics and she is very knowledgeable/supportive about breastfeeding.
I see Dr Lancaster, she is in Ellicott City. I like her office, it's not overly busy, she sees me right away, and will admit that she isn't sure about something and will send me to see a specialist (which I am glad because she thought DD #2 had a yeast infection and she had severe eczema instead) She is very supportive of decisions we make as parents
Ours is in Ellicott City, Parnes, May, Lee and Associates. Dr. Lee is great, she is very laid back, the office is very wuick with getting back to you on everything and we have never had a problem with them!
Although I use another pediatrician I can second the Beams and Lancaster suggestion a number of the moms I have taught love both of them. I can also recommend Dr. Fitch. She is wonderful!
DD also sees Dr. Fitch at Klebanow & Associates, everybody there is super
nice. Me and DH both work ft so I love that they're open late, and they're also
open on the weekend and holidays just in case.
I second dr. lee at parnes and may, although all the docs there are good and the practice is very good about getting us in and getting back to me quickly
We also go to Klebenow and Associates in Columbia (DD sees Dr. Shah). They have privileges at Howard County General Hospital too, if that's where you are delivering.
Re: Can you recommend Pediatricians in Columbia
