So i feel a bit guilty -- we have netflix on our iPad and one day, when i was super tired, i put on a cartoon -- it was Wonderpets, i was surprised because LO sat through it and watched most of the episode. Well a few weeks ago, DH put Blue's clues on and she just loves it. Whenever she sees the ipad she says "Boos Coos!" over and over. Then she's carry the ipad to her play area, watches it, then plays, then goes back to watching it again. She goes to daycare so she only gets a little bit of Blues Clues for the week, but boy, she loves that show. They must be sending her some toddler subliminal messages. lol. Anyone else's kid hooked or am the only bad mom here? eek!
Re: Blue's clues -- my kid's crack?
E loves Blues Clues and Wonderpets. She also loves Backyardigans. She is always asking for "Back yard!" and now she knows the names of the characters so she will name them.
If you go online to Nick Jr you can download coloring pages & activities to do with your child that are themed from the shows.
HA! This cracks me up because our DD thinks the iPad is called Elmo!
We once let her watch a clip of "elmo's world" on there and she too is addicted! "Melmo!?" is the first thing she says in the mornings and goes straight to the iPad! Ugh!
Curly is exactly the same way. He loves "Bloos Soos". He goes around all day saying "a clue! a clue!" I think we might even have a Blues Clues birthday party for him this year.
