Moms of 4 year olds etc

What do I do about Abby wanting to change the theme of her birthday pretty much everyday? She wanted Dora. Then Firefighter. Then Dora Firefighter. Then Cinderella. This morning she tells me she wants it to be "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"! I should make her stick with the last one since I like it =P

Anyway, do I just stop giving her a say or wait until the last minute or what? She doesn't quite get it logically when I ask her to make a final decision KWIM?

    Take her to a store and have her pick out the decorations.  Or just one, if you plan on DIY.  Once she has something in her hands, she's committed :)

    Basically this. 

    *I* decided on an arts/crafts theme and then let her pick out the supplies and activities.  We ended up with more than I was planning since she kept changing her mind and finding new stuff, but it ended up being just the right amount of involvement from both of us.
