I've been pumping at work at 11 and 3 for the last few months. After our vacation a few weeks ago, my supply has dropped off. So I thought I might try pumping 3 times a day at work instead of 2. So I'm rearranging things to pump at 10, 1, and 4. How long do you think it will take to see an increase in my supply, if there is any? 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.? I was thinking of trying it for 2 weeks and just tracking how much I get. Just wondering if anyone has done this before with success.

Re: Changing pumping times
I bet it won't take a week! I usually see a change in 3-4 days. Track it and let us know how it goes.
I am going away for 3 days in late July and have zero stash, so I am adding in a pump at work starting today to try to build up enough for those days. My mom tried to give her formula this past weekend and she was not having it.
Cool, thanks! I've got my handy spreadsheet set up so I can see the impact.
Are you adding to your already busy pumping schedule? That's some serious dedication. Go you!
I'm going back to it! After y'all told me it was rigorous I cut back to 2 pumps at work and 2 at home. Life has been so much easier since then!
Now I'm just adding back the last one at work.
