woke up spotting...terrified

I don't know why but I looked at the toilet paper after I wiped and there it was, streaked with red.  I'm a mess.  I even wiped again once I was downstairs and it was pinkish.  I'm laying on the couch now waiting for my dr's office to open at 9 so I can get in there to see what's going on.  But needless to say I'm scared to death.  This baby had a hb last visit.  We didn't have sex to trigger anything and my pap was almost 2 wks ago.  SIGH.  I cannot bear the thought of another m/c....

    Oh, Gina, I know that must be so scary -- especially since you've already suffered a loss. But please try to stay positive for now, and know that many people spot without miscarrying. I hope you reach your doctor's office soon! I will be sending you positive thoughts!

    Thank you guys.  Looks like I have to wait till 2:15 to see my dr's associate.  The waiting is going to suck.  I hope the spotting lets up as the day goes on but as of now, my feet are up on the couch.  I'll keep you posted.

    Rest and put those feet up! Try not to worry... a few days after my 8 week appointment, I woke up to spotting for no reason. I know it wasn't from my u/s a few days before because I had an abdominal. We saw the baby at 12 weeks on another u/s and everything was fine! Keep us updated.

    I just went to the bathroom and it's more light brown now.  Still looked like my pee was streaked with something but was a little relieved to see no red or pink on the tp.  I've been reading stories and a lot of them are reassuring so I'm truly hoping for the best.  I feel a little crampy but some of it I think is nerves.  Probably won't know much else till after my appt.  Dh is taking good care of me making sure my feet are up and I don't pick up DD.  He called is mom over to watch DD while we go to the dr's later.   Still prayin though!

    Thoughts and prayers to you!!! I know this must be so tough. Make sure you are keeping on top of your water because that might be adding to the crampy feeling a bit. I hope the day passes quickly for you so you can get soem answers.

    Ugh, looks like things have taken a turn for the worse.  After showering and getting ready, the bleeding is darker and even had a clot.  Not looking good.  Still going to the dr's soon just for confirmation pretty much.  I'm holding out for a miracle at this point.
