Rookie Question

Sorry in advance for the rookie question but my last IVF was 3 years ago and I don't remember the answer to these questions. TIA!!

1) If I triggered on 6/7 doesn't that mean I should expect AF on or around 6/21 if this cycle is a BFN? If so....

2) Wouldn't that make today 5 days before my expected AF and that would mean I could get a BFP with the early result pregnancy test?

My FET day 5 transfer was on 6/14. The HcG from 6/7 should be out of my system now so I am getting anxious to test. It's not a matter of if I test early, I can't stand the thought of losing it on the phone when/if some stranger from the RE gives me bad news, so I will be testing early, I'm just not sure when to try.

Diagnosis: Endometriosis with Complete Tubal Blockage IVF # 1 Fresh Cycle- It's a girl!! 8/12/09 IVF # 2 FET- MC IVF # 3 Fresh Cycle-MC IVF # 4 FET- BFP Arriving 8/8/12!!

    I would consider you to be 3dp5dt.  And I've heard that FETs can implant later.  I would wait a couple more days (at least) to test).  But I'm not a POAS kind of person.  Either way, I would think that your trigger would be out of your system by now.

    Ditto this. I wait until at least 10dpo equivalent to test (so 5dp5dt for you), but I have gotten BFPs after testing negative as late as 12dpo. So I would definitely wait a few more days if you can! Or else, you can start testing, but know things have a good chance of being inaccurate for a few days. Good luck!
