aww man,I feel like a cheapskate

I don't think I have enough for dh for father's day. I only have a personalized photomug and a personalized card for him.  I was going to get him a book, too, but never got around to it (although we went to b&n yesterday and he was on the fence about buying a book). I could order this book on amazon (and he'd get it by tues or wed) or just forget it.  We will probably go out to eat, too, but I'm feeling guilty.

For mothers day, he got me flowers,chocolate (which I can't eat), balloons  and a book. We also did go out to eat but that was my idea, lol.

DS is a lot fussier when we go out now, though.

    Oh and I just realized that the "personalized" card is from ds.I ordered it a while ago and forgot what it said. I don't have a card from me!

    I didn't get my DH anything.  He didn't do anything for me for mother's day either.  Don't think this is payback or anything, we just don't make a big deal about holidays.  I let him sleep in.  That's enough, right?

    Not to worry!  There will be soooo many holidays where you give more items, and vice versa.  We did the card thing.

    Same here.  He let me sleep in for MD and I'm letting him sleep in for FD.  Oh, and I'm cooking him a big brunch too!

    I just got him a card from me and one from DD, let him sleep in and play call of duty as much as he wanted.  I also took the dog out every time since he 90% of the time is the one taking her out.  I think he appreciated that more than anything!
