I need help..having the hardest time finding a dress wear to a wedding that's coming up in (very quiclkly) in a few weeks! Anyone found any out there that were easy to nurse in!!
I feel ya...I've had that very same problem once or twice. Try to find a dress that has some stretch room in the top. I just bought a few summer dresses at h&m and I can easily pull down instead of up. GL!
It is cute, comfortable and great for nursing. It's super soft jersey knit, and I paired it with a cute shrug. I think it's a great little black dress anyways and I'll probably wear it long after I wean LO.
I've been to a couple and do strapless. So, then I just pull the top of it down. I have also done a halter top that worked very well. It was made out of a jersey.
I went to a wedding yesterday. I wore a black skirt from H&M - it's skinny, shortish, fitted, and has ruffles. It has an elastic waist so I was able to pull it up to cover my tummy while nursing. It's a nice one, from the more fancy section, but I don't know how to describe it better. Then I got a fancy tank top from Ross. Okay, so I am totally going to sound bad, but it's like my best friend in high school's Russian mom wore. I paired that with some cute shoes and a new purse. Totally cute. My cousin (who is also nursing) thought it was a dress and asked if I wanted to go in the back with her to nurse. She had to take her arm out of her dress to nurse, but even that wasn't so bad - she just draped a blanket over her shoulder.

Oh and the biggest bonus was that the tank was thick enough in the shoulders to cover my nursing bra strap. And I wear the nighttime ones from Target all day.
I have a wrap dress I bought at Goodwill. It's leapoard print, ties generously around the waist (like, 2-3 times!) and it flares out from my hips like a 50's dress. (Yes, I wore it to church! LOL) I found it super easy to just loosen the waist enough to pop a boob out, and before I take off my blanket/nursing cover retighten it. Far too easy, and it looks super cute! Pair with some black kitten heels (or red, if you feel sasseh) and you're almost as cute as your baby.
Re: Dresses & Nursing..UGH!!
Yes! I went to a wedding 2 weeks ago and found this one and it was perfect!

Good luck!
