Mine is similar to the above but I switch to a 2 hour routine in the evening to cluster feed the last 2 feedings. So she eats at 4:30 usually and then again at 6:30. This means we get 6 feeds in during the day, and then 2 at night (10ish and 2:30ish) also my DD's bedtime is closer to 7:30/ 8. Wakeup-6:30. Her current wake time length is about 45 minutes in the am and 60 in the pm. She's 6 weeks old.
I have been doing EASY for the last 3 days, and it has really helped. Although I haven't been doing it long enough to know the average times. The only thing that is consistant is that he wakes up for the day around 730am, and his wake time is usually 45 min to an hour.
He naps during the day for about 2 hours at a time.
Since I have started doing this, he only wakes up once in the middle of the night (at 130 am). Yay!
My LO is 11 weeks old and is STTN. He doesn't take very long naps during the day but here is our schedule. (the times may vary by about 30 minutes either way each day but it is usually around those times)
6:30/7 - first feeding, usually goes back to sleep until 9ish
9:30 - 10:30 Run around town (if we have things to do) or tummy time, swing, story/poem/sing, and activity mat
10:30 Eat
11:00 - 12:00 Nap
12:30 Eat
1:00 - 2:30 Talk, sing, and play
2:30 Eat
3:00 - 4:30 Nap
4:30 Eat
5:00 - 6:00 Tummy time, sit up, and swing or swim at Doll's
6:00 Wake daddy up
6:30 Eat
7:00 - 8:00 Evening Walk
8:00 - 8:30 Bath (every other night) or a longer walk
9:00 Eat
11:30 Eat and Go to sleep
We try to follow this as best as possible. We have only been on this schedule for a few days and so far it is working great for night feedings. Only wakes up once at 4:00am. But swimming tuckers him out and is great in the evenings for getting him to stay awake longer.

Hey! Long time no see! How have you been adjusting to this mothering of two? I remember that your daughter is a little older than mine, how has she been adjusting?
As for your post: H would like to go down for a nap in the crib after his first feeding and I put him in there if time allows, but we have to take big sister R to school at 8:45am. He might be sleeping when I put him in the car seat or he might be fussing off and on. This is the most difficult time of the day...he wants to be awake, but also wants to sleep. I think this will definitely be the awake time before he establishes his morning nap.
H eats within 30 minutes or 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 10pm and eats overnight at 2-3am.
I know at some point he will have a firm morning nap and afternoon nap...though I can't remember at what age that happens anymore!
We're doing 3 hours between feedings, no naps longer than 2 hours. So usually he eats at 7 am, has awake time, naps for 2 hours and then eats on 10 a.m. We do 2 cluster feedings at 6pm and 8pm. Sometimes, he's fussy and stays up until 10 pm. Tonight, he went to bed at 8pm so I'm considering a dream feed at 10 pm for the first time.
i don't follow easy to the law - i adjust it to my LOs own schedule, but on a day to day basis it looks somewhat like this:
7am feed from both breasts
9am nap
10am feed rom both breasts
12pm nap (best nap of the day)
2pm feed from both breasts
4pm nap
5pm one side feed
6pm bath and massage
7pm other side feed followed immediately by bed time
10:30pm wake from sleep to feed from both breasts
he usually wakes then on his own around 2:30-3am and i'll feed from both breasts he goes back to sleep and wakes around 7am to start the cycle again.
if i notice he is sleepy duruing his "wake / play time" i will let him nap on and off - but i try hard to stick to the same amount of awake V asleep hours during the day to ensure he sleeps well at nights

Re: Share your EASY schedule?
We don't follow EASY to the letter of the law but rather use it as a guiding principle.
Sorry for the funny format!
