My MIL got me the "cooking for Issiah" cookbook for Christmas and I'm just now really starting to use it. (our toddler has a pretty limited palate but I'm on an elmination diet for B and I can't just eat oatmeal almost every day for breakfast). Every single thing I've made from there has been fantastic. I just made lemon blueberry muffins with lemon glaze. They are gluten, soy, dairy, egg and nut free and taste like normal muffins.

Even my DH likes them and he usually won't even try the GF stuff. Tomorrow's dessert will be out of the same book (peach maple corn cake) and hopefully it will turn out well- my dad's a meat, potatoes and ice cream kind of guy and if he likes this I'll be thrilled.

Re: cookbook reccomendation
Thanks for the tip! I've never heard of it.
You might want to check out Sophie-Safe Cooking. That's the book I use almost daily!
I love this book! Great for desserts!
