I'm so domesticated. LOL.
I made my own stuffed chicken breasts.
Stuffed with Canadian BACON, cream cheese, gorgonzola cheese, fresh spinach leaves, salt, pepper. Drizzled with olive oil and some fresh squeezed lemon juice.
(they're in the fridge now until dinner time... after I cook I'll let you know how they came out)

PS: I rarely ever cook anything

Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
flavor-wise: pretty good - however, Bug stole all my cheese and canadian bacon. I basically just got chicken.
but they were a bit dry because DH left them in the oven a little too long. I just kept drizzling sauce out of the bottom of the baking dish over mine.
