2br with 2 babies?

We have a small 2 bedroom apartment and will be here for a while after #2 arrives. I plan on having him/her in our room for the first few months until he/she starts sleeping through the night. Question is, when did you put them both in the same room and how did it work out? Does your first wake up when #2 cries?....uggg I'm anxious!

    My kids share a room and have done so since #2 started sttn.  Luckily she started sttn at around 4 weeks old but I didn't put her in my son's room until she was 3 months old.  I was so anxious about it and it actually went pretty smoothly (I should have done it sooner)... don't get me wrong we have our moments but honestly it has been great so far.  At this point they rarely wake each other up if someone is crying.  

    Now for #3... we need to move asap Wink   

    DS- 11/08,  DD1 - 05/10,  DD2 - 11/11

    I think we moved DS2 to their shared room around 6mo.  He wasn't sleeping through the night but I was ready to have my room back.  They didn't and still don't wake each other up.  There were times they would stir awake but always went right back to sleep.

    We cosleep, so both of our kids are in our room. It was an issue right away. Eli would hear the baby and then want to get up and explore the baby. We ended up moving the baby (and me) into the nursery for the first 3 weeks or so, then Eli got more used to having Alexis around so it wasn't such a novelty in the middle of the night. Now when she cries he sometimes moans in protest, but doesn't get up.  So that was a long way of saying they'll get used to it.

    This is my exactly "plan" :) hope it goes well too!
    We have a 3BR but need to keep one as a guestroom since we live 3 & 6 hours from grandmas :)
