AW: House offer accepted!

Thanks to those who commented on my post about house location. We decided to go ahead and make an offer on the house and they countered today and we accepted! Yay! Now keeping our fingers crossed all goes well with the inspection.

I was originally resistant to the northern burbs but now I'm really excited about moving to Cedar Park!

I have been in Leander since September and love it. BIL and his family are in Carriage Hills in CP and they love their neighborhood as well.
