Enfamil Gentlease to Milk transition?

Emma has been on Gentlease since she was 2 weeks old.  Now I'm realizing that she'll be transitioning to cow's milk soon, and am wondering if anyone has any tips on how to transition her?

The Gentlease does have cow's milk protein in it, but it's already partially broken down therefore making it easier on the tummy.  I've gotten the suggestion to transition her to regular Enfamil first, then on to cow's milk.... that seems like a lot of change.

Any input?

    My LO has been on Enfamil Prosobee since almost birth and we have just started the transition.  I am doing 4oz of formula and 2oz of cows milk each bottle (4X's a day).  I will eventually do half and half then the entire.   Its been 2 weeks and I havent noticed a problem at all.

    We plan to do what PP suggesting, mixing it little by little.  I don't think I would bother switching to lipil unless you have issues.

    Carson Henry, born 39w, 2d, via emergency c/s due to no fetal movement and fetal distress.  Seizures, IVH grade 2, brain injury, kidney and liver damage.  Complete blood clot in the artery in his right arm.  27 days in the NICU.  Now discharged from all specialists, excepts his kidney doctor, who will monitor him indefinitely.  My tough little cookie.
