Logan is in recovery from surgery

Need your t&p's ladies. Logan was throwing up a couple days and so we headed to the doctor. I was expecting acid reflux instead I got sent to the hospital for an ultrasound. Turns out he has pyloric stenosis and needed to have surgery right away. The doctor just came out and told us surgery went well. He is in recovery now and we pray he keeps food down tonight so he can go home tomorrow.

    Sorry to hear he needed surgery. Glad it went well though! Hopefully he's all better and gets to go home soon!

    Thatcher had this too, been home since Sunday after two days in the PICU following surgery. So far just a little spit up since we got home. I hope all goes as well with your LO. Will be thinking of you! It is so scary! Try to rest, I know you probably can't, I couldn't either. Just now feeling normal.


    His three plus my one; we are all excited to welcome a little one!

    I really appreciate your thoughts, I know I can always turn to you girls for support. I'm sorry Tacher had this too and I'm glad he's doing better, it's crazy that I guess this is a common thing I've never heard of before.

    In my prayers! I hope he has a speedy recovery. My best friends son had this and after the surgery he was an amazingly happier baby! Good luck.

    Wow - that's scary!  I'm glad he got the medical attention that he needed!  I hope he has a very speedy recovery!

    And I can't help but to say that I hope your husband is at home with you and not in Vegas.  That trip was planned for sometime this month wasn't it?

    Thank you ladies for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. We were able to take Logan home last night and so far he's doing well and keeping down all his feedings. We had to cut his feedings down to 2 or 3 oz evey 2 hours so I haven't slept in days but as long as he's healthy, I'm happy. Ahhh the Vegas trip. He's leaving this Thursday and yes he's still going. He says he's upset that he has to leave us but he doesn't want to lose a $1000, I don't buy it. I would lose $10,000 right now to be with my son... I an very disappointed in his selfishness, but what else can I do.
