Houston Babies

do I need to use or can I refreeze.

I was OOT this week and the fridge in my hotel room was crazy cold and froze some of my pumping stash. In the transport some of the milk partially defrosted.  Can I refreeze that or do I need to use?  I'd say it's about  milk slush in consistency

Please tell me I can refreeze. I don't want to have to give and pump again. I'm $#%(#@#!@##($$%(&@ sick of that $#%(#$(5&$#% pump.

  • Defrost and use within 24 hours, or (it breaks my heart to say) dump.
  • Ugh. I'm just using and pumping.

  • I could swear I read somewhere that as long as there were still ice crystals in it (i.e., slushy) it was okay to refreeze, but I can't lay my hands on where I read it right now, so take that for what it's worth.
