So for the past two feedings I haven't produced enough to satisfy LO and I have had to dip into my meager freezer stash. Is this a growth spurt and my supply will recover or is this just low supply and I'm screwed?
Make sure you are eating and drinking enough. I know that when I don't drink enough I notice a difference, and when I really pig out I end up with more milk than I know what to do with. I know certain foods are supposed to help with supply, but oatmeal is the only one I remember right now.

If your baby wants more, then you should continue to nurse to ensure that your body gets the message to produce more so that you can satisfy your LO. if you dip into your freezer stash, your body doesn't get the message to produce more milk and then you are on a slippery slope of not producing enough.

Re: BF Supply Question
Could be either one.
