Found my Nursery Art - What do you think?

I am so excited I think I have finally found my nusery art! I found soooo many nursery art shops on Etsy that I have decided to narrow my search (it was getting out of hand) to Etsy only. I love the idea of using animals in a nursery, but have struggled to find something that is not too cutesy.

I think I have found it now at wallfry on Etsy, they really have the style that I am looking for and now I am having difficulty deciding which ones to go with. I love the owls but think I prefer the Safari animals or dogs (I was thinking along the lines of safari or dogs from the start), they are all so colorful!

The only problem is that I haven't bought anything from Etsy before and am a little nervous (not a big online buyer), has anyone had any problems buying anything off Etsy before?

Would love your opinions on which of the artworks you prefer as well.

I've never ordered from Etsy so I have to advice there. I love the safari prints - more colorful and fun in my opinion than doing all the same animal.

I've made 5 purchases total on Etsy, all for baby, and have had no problems. I had a great experience with one seller in particular who tossed in an extra onesie and a binky clip. Just make sure they have good feedback!

I purchases from a few different "stores" from etsy for my wedding and had a great experience, as PP says make sure they have good reviews and you're all set. When we find out what LO is next week we plan on getting our wall art from etsy too!

We are doing a monkey/safari thing if it's a boy and I think I am going to do some kind of tree if it's a girl!! I like your idea of the dog theme, it sounds really cute!!

I LOVE etsy! The website is actually my homepage and I shop there all the time. I have never had a problem, ever and I've been using it since 2008! I love the idea of supporting a real person's creativity compared to say, Walmart.

As for the art, it was hard to decide and I easily got distracted by how cute and unique each one is! I am leaning more towards the puppy idea. The artwork is so adorable and original! Safari animals have been the nursery craze for a long time (although I am not denying it is super cute too!) and the puppy pictures are really original.

Thanks so much for the reassurance re: Etsy. The shop has heaps of sales and has 100% positive feedback, which seems good so I am really comfortable buying from them now.

Great advice on which ones to go with too, I like all the different jungle animals but like PP said the dogs would be something different (and soooo cute). Also I read somewhere that dogs are supposed to be the new trend in nursery decor (although I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing).

I still can't decide.... and here thought I had found THE store and the final decision would be easy....

You should have no worries ordering from Etsy. I've been a member since 2008 as well, and this seller is very good. The dogs are precious! I just bought 2 items for my nursery on Etsy: https://nurserydesigns.blogspot.com/2011/06/etsy-purchases.html
