DD has been drawing her knees up, fussing and tooting- anything I can do to help besides bicycling her legs? Patting seems to comfort her, as well being on my tummy.
Does Mylicon help? Or is that for burps?

The baby massage works well for my LO (I googled it and found a you tube video, can't remember which one I watched)
When my LO is gassy/fussy I can get him to pass gas when he sucks on his pacifier. I will put him on a blanket on the floor with him lying on his back and give him the pacifier and he will wiggle his arms and legs and just suck on the pacifier for 10 minutes and then he starts farting.
If he is really fussy and nothing helps, I give bit of Ovol drops (www.ovol.ca) and it works great. I'm not sure if Ovol brand is just a Canadian thing or not.
Mylicon definitely helps with gas. My pediatrician recommended it, when I asked her for additional techniques to assist with relieving LO's gas... we were doing the bicycle legs, too. And, applying pressure to his belly when burping.
My pediatrician said that the Mylicon drops are harmless, therefore you can give your LO several doses throughout the day. To save money, we use the BRU brand drops... they are $4.99 for 1oz, when Mylicon is $14.99 for 1oz. And, the BRU brand is non-staining. Mylicon is pink and always seems to drip on LO's onesie and causes pink spots (they come out in the wash). Regardless... these drops have been a life saver! GL!
