It sounds like Isaiah but with an 's' at the end. Just came across it and DH & I both like it. Upon researching I found it's a varient of Isaiah, it's completely obscure and used mostly as a last name. And it's also a type of moth. So I thought I'd get some random opinions. Isais - nice? or too made up sounding?
Re: Isais
Having had a hard to spell and pronounce maiden name, I tend to shy away from names I don't know how to pronounce at first glance. If it's eye-zay-is, I don't think I like it. If it;'s more of a spanish pronunciation like ee-sigh-ees, I could be on board, maybe.
Edit: Spanish would be more like ees-ice with a bit of punch on the I. I can't figure out how to write it.

Looks made up to me. I see "is a is"
Isaiah is much better.
