Ugh...6 months and back to short naps?

Did this happen to anyone else? J usually sleeps 12-12.5 hours at night, and he has been doing well on the 2-3-4 schedule taking 90 minute naps in the morning and afternoon. In the past week or so, he's back down to 45-50 minute naps. I've tried to give him another catnap in the late afternoon, but then bedtime is shot and he doesn't fall asleep until 7:30 or 8:00 as opposed to 6:00. Any advice?

Have you left him in there to see if he goes back to sleep? I know if DD wakes up before an hour if I leave her she will go back down, and most of the time will make it to 90 min.

Yeah...seems to be hit or miss lately if I leave him. I left him until 90 minutes today and he was just talking away. :-/

We have those days too! Maybe he's teething and once it breaks through he will go back to normal.

Sounds to me like he's working on something, I bet in the next week you either see some teeth or a new skill.

Ahh...I bet you're right! I think he's really close to sitting and maybe even an early army crawl.
