Birthdad Termination Hearing was Tuesday!!

And everything went great! We weren't worried but it's so good to know that all rights are officially terminated and we can move on to finalization!!! :) After all we have been through, I am so glad to be over all of the hurdles. 

 For those of you still waiting, hang in there! Once it happens (and it will) it will be amazing!!! I knew I would love our child, but I honestly didn't know I could love someone so much!!!!!!!! :)

    Congrats!  I am also just a couple weeks away from the birthdad rights being terminated.  Very stressful even though I am very confident.  I completely agree with not knowing how much you could love someone!  I knew I would love my baby but just never knew I had this much love in me!

    Woohoo!  I love your siggy pic.  She couldn't be any cuter!  I just got done telling DH earlier that I had no idea who quickly I would be so in love with our baby and how intense it would be!
    TTC #1 since 12/07 SA 9/08=borderline normal HSG 1/09 found R tube blocked Multiple IUIs both with oral and injectible drugs from 2/09-2/11 Started domestic adoption process in 5/10, homestudy complete 9/10 Failed adoption after home with baby for 2 weeks 11/10 Blessed through the miracle of private adoption with a son, born 6/6/11 (his grandma's bday) 7lbs 9oz 20.5 inches long! So worth the wait!

    That is great news!  I am so glad it went so quickly.  We didn't have the parental rights officially terminated in court until Ben was 6 months old. Our agency wouldn't even let us finalize anyway before Ben was 6 months.  We didn't get to finalize until he was 10 months old.  Even though nothing could have happened, finalization day was one of the best days of our lives.  I know you are looking forward to it.

    Thank you everyone! :) She's already a DAWG fan like her daddy! I told DH she was already cheering in that picture!
