Would You Recommend Britax Marathon 70 Convertible Car Seat?

I'm in the market for a Britax convertible car seat for my soon-to-be five month-old, who is about 16 lbs and 26 inches long. There are many models out there (Priori, Combi, etc)? which one should I get? Hmm  Thanks!

    I feel you!  My kid was 22.5 pounds and 27.75" at 5 months...

    We have the Marathon for DH's car and for my car we have the Boulevard.  LOVE them both.  Easy to use and even now with a kid fast approaching 18 months and in the 35 pound and 35" range, he still fits it very well.  He fits the boulevard better than the marathon....but he is wide (think linebacker type because of being very broad).  So I would evaluate his width plus height and weight because if he is like my little dude then width is gonna end up being the bigger problem down the road.

    Thanks so much for your feedback!  I'm just getting a little overwhelmed with so many baby gears to choose from.  I can't believe my baby boy is growing way too fast!  It seems it was just yesterday when we took him home from the hospital. 

     Anyway, I really appreciate your help and will definitely check out your blogger often Wink

    I second it! I have a tall, skinny baby and he fits well and is totally happy in it.

    FWIW - when we switched to the convertible our car trips instantly became more pleasant.
