This is the Ameda Purely Yours set I got.  I really like it, but I think it's a little loud.  I'm only using it at home, so it's not a big deal, but I'm not sure I'd be comfortable using it if I was in an office setting.

  • I use the Medela PISA. I like it as much as I need to (not a fan of pumping, much prefer BF but I work so I don't have a choice).  It is quiet enough for me to discretely pump in my office and has many adjustable settings like suction strength/speed and a letdown button.  I only pump 2-3 times a day M-F and have only been doing this for 2 weeks so I can't comment on the durability of the thing but I sure hope it lasts because it was so expensive!

  • I rent a symphony from the hospital because I have had supply issues since the start. It's super quiet and efficient. It also has an automatic 30 minute cycle, so I don't have to time myself, it does it for me.

  • I bought the Philips AVENT Isis Duo after my Medela PISA broke & I rented a hospital pump for 3 months. I really liked this pump. I got nearly twice as much milk as the hospital pump in less time, & it was much more comfortable. It's a little loud, but the comfort & output of milk was a fair trade off for me. I only used mine for a maybe 4 months before I stopped pumping during the day, so not sure on the longevity, but my SIL has been using hers for a year with no issues.

  • I have the Philips avent twin electric and love it!!  This is my second pump after the miPump broke several times....I get twice as much milk faster (45 minutes compared to 20 now) and it is very comfortable to use.  IT does have a lot of parts to clean tho. I go back to work monday and will see how cleaning it goes!
