EBFers: are you still taking DHA?

If you took DHA supplements while pregnant and are EBFing, are you still taking DHA pills?

I still take my PNV each day but I stopped taking the Expecta DHA pills.  The box says DHA is good for nursing moms and I'm just curious what everyone else is doing.

    The pediatrician told me to continue taking them.  I buy One A Day prenatals, which include a bottle of vitamins and a bottle of fish oil capsules (DHA).

    Same here, still taking both.  I am also using the One A Day prenatals.  Since I'm already taking one pill, might as well take both.

    Yeah, I am supposed to be... That an my iron supps since I am still extremely anemic. But apparently, I can't remember to take it anymore!

    I get my prenatals for free and they come with dha so yes.

    Yep, I'm taking a prescription vitamin that comes with the DHA (my insurance made it cheaper than over the counter).  I asked the nurses at the hospital about it when I delivered and they said it was a good idea too.

    My prenatals have DHA in them and I am still taking them, so yes.
