Party planning poll

Doing a vintagey boardwalk/carnival theme for DS's birthday...having strong man mustaches, fun popcorn flavors, popcorn and ice cream cone looking cupcakes... 

Should I get a snowcone maker (like $30-40)?  Its going to be at my inlaws' pool...I figured I could get some syrups and then maybe some liquors for adult snowcones? :)

    Absolutely go for it!!  I do all the event planning for my work and totally go overboard on things like this!!  My son's first birthday was crazy because I kept coming up with things to add.  Have fun!

    I love the theme!  You can do so much fun stuff for that.

    I also love the idea of a snow cone machine.  In fact, I could really go for one right now!
